Lady Darlene Davis

Refresh Family Church | Birmingham, Al

Lady Darlene Davis is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. She is the wife of Apostle Stephen A. Davis, Senior Pastor of Refresh Family Church located in Birmingham, Alabama where their vision is “Embodying Jesus Christ Until He is Seen in the Way We Love, Live and Lead.” This vision has been the underpinning of the church which has grown from 23 members in 1997 to now over 5,000 members. Under their leadership, Refresh Family Church has expanded to include a second Birmingham campus, campuses in Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Brent, Alabama; Atlanta, Georgia and international locations in Liberia and South Korea. A school and an orphanage, The Stephen A. Davis Family House, are currently being built in Liberia, Africa.

Lady Davis received her master’s degree in Theology and is pursuing her doctorate. She is a wife, mother, first lady, elder, teacher, conference speaker, and mentor. She is known for ministering to the needs of others through her own pain and tragedy with transparency and humor. Lady Davis ministers through several avenues such as Women’s Ministry, Young Ladies' Ministry, and Worship & Arts Ministry. She also facilitates the Wall of Women (W.O.W.) prayer call on a weekly basis. The W.O.W ministry welcomes women of all ages to gather and share in weekly encouragement, fellowship, and empowerment by reading new and relevant books, sharing uplifting experiences and praying for the senior leader, Apostle Davis.

Lady Davis’ impact and influence overflows into her local community and community groups. Her philanthropic efforts include her yearly commitment to support the local school system, Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, National Night Out, Jessie’s Place, Birmingham Nursing & Rehab Center, Jeff Co Sheriff’s Dept, and latest Lovelady Center. Extending beyond her community impact, Lady Davis has greatly influenced the personal lives of many by serving as a licensed foster parent in the state of Alabama for 7 years and as a certified counselor at Save A Life. Lady Davis also worked for 13 years at Children’s Aid Society of Alabama, a nonprofit social service agency serving the needs of at-risk children and families.

As a loving wife, Lady Davis and Apostle Davis have been married for 34 years, with three daughters, three grandchildren and two very special “fur babies”, a chihuahua, named Sugar Bear and a cat named Jackie.

Lady Christie Collins

The Bridge Church| Calera, Al

First Lady Collins is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman. She’s a faithful servant to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, a loving and devoted wife, a dedicated mother and a mentor. As she walks alongside her husband, she efficiently helps to manage the church’s business and is always willing to assist in any capacity. Her role as a first lady is like none other. She is a down to earth, fun-loving and a balanced woman of God.

She walks in the wisdom and favor of God, has the ability to multitask in several capacities, and she is a great asset to the ministry. First Lady earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Family and Child Studies from the University of Montevallo. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Strayer University.

Family structure is very important, therefore spending time with her husband, three children- Jarret, Shania and Chakena, and extended family, is a significant part of her life.

Dr./Prophetess Teresa Woods

Dr. Prophetess Teresa Woods is a native of Wilcox County, AL who currently resides in Elmore County, AL. She is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel. In addition, Dr. Woods is an Affirmed Prophetess and Director of Ministry Affairs under the leadership of her pastors, Derrick & Trish Morrisette at Mind of Christ International Church, Alabaster, AL. In 2015, Anointed with Power (AWP) Ministry was launched with two visions attached: (1) A Great Cloud of Witnesses and (2) Empowering Leaders to Excel (ELE) which started as a leadership workshop and expanded into a leadership academy where Dr. Woods is teaching discipleship courses to those who desire training. In 2018, she received her Doctor of Ministry degree. In January 2019, Dr. Woods released her first book titled “No More Silence, There is Safety” which addresses mental health in the church.

Professionally, Dr. Woods is employed as a Regional Managed Care Manager with Alahealth. She is a Licensed Masters Social Worker with 24 years’ experience, 18 years’ experience as a therapist and 9 years’ experience as a college professor. Dr. Woods’ ministry gifts are administration, leadership, mentorship and adjutancy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and teaching God’s Holy Word.

Japonica Boler

Japonica Boler is a native of Birmingham, AL. Japonica received her childhood education through the Birmingham City School system. She graduated from Ensley Magnet High School and later furthered her education at Jacksonville State University (JSU). She received a Bachelor of Science (2005) and Master of Science (2008) in Criminal Justice with the concentration in Forensic Investigation.

 Japonica Boler is a Woman of God whom has endured and overcame adversity in her personal life. Japonica is an Overcomer and Survivor of childhood molestation of 10 years, rape, Endometriosis, and Non-Epileptic Seizures which were stress induced. Japonica has a passion and a heart to serve God’s people. This is done through being a dedicated servant at Life Changing Christian Center under spiritual guidance of Dr. Bishop Maurice and Lady Salisia Valentine being an assistant to the Administrative Director. Additionally, she serves on the intercessory team, and financial team. Japonica and her husband, Cory, currently reside in Shelby County, AL. and are proud parents to three amazing sons which are nine, seven, and five years old. In her spare time, Japonica loves spending time with her family, reading, writing, painting, and learning new languages.

Prophetess Cindy Sharp

Cindy Sharp is a proud graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham where she obtained her Bachelors, and The University of Southern California where she obtained her MSW. Cindy Sharp is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and founder of Reset Counseling and Consulting Services and The Reset Coach.

 As an empowering motivational speaker, mental health therapist, coach and author, Cindy Sharp has empowered many individuals to get up from the place of defeat, despair, and despondency. She provides individuals with the practical tools to aid them in discovering their unique strengths, unlocking their creative edge, and implementing a plan of action to go after their dreams.

Cindy Sharp is the proud mother of 3 amazing young men ages 20,18, and 2. She loves God because he first loved her, and she enjoys reading, writing, shopping and all things girly.

Prophetess Denise Reynolds

Denise Reynolds is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She is the owner of Attractive Adornments, an accessory company in Birmingham. In addition to being a businesswoman, Mrs. Reynolds is also a woman of God, currently under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Deborah Dancy of Jehovah Shalom International Kingdom Ministries. Mrs. Reynolds loves to encourage empower and exhort the people of God Her favorite scripture “The Joy of the Lord is your strength.”
