Dr. Torii Johnson-Ramsey

Dr. Torii Johnson Ramsey is a trailblazer with a distinguished background in criminal justice.
She has charted a professional path within a traditionally male-dominated field. Her journey has
been defined by resilience and determination. She has overcome significant challenges and
broken barriers in environments where diversity and gender inclusivity were often lacking.
Dr. Ramsey's commitment to addressing critical issues of leadership, equity, and inclusion is
evident in her academic achievements. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership
specializing in Diversity, demonstrating her deep understanding of organizational dynamics and
her passion for creating inclusive environments that empower underrepresented voices.
As an author, Dr. Ramsey recently released the book "Leveling the Playing Field: Navigating
Leadership Pathways for Black Women to Advance in Male-Dominated Industries," which aims
to empower Black women to embrace their strengths and rise to leadership positions. Her
scholarly work includes her dissertation, "The Perceptions of Career Experiences Among Women
of Color in STEM: A Narrative Inquiry," which explores the challenges and successes of women
of color in STEM fields.
In her role as CEO of Aspire Workplace Solutions Corporation, Dr. Ramsey leads the
organization's strategic direction and fosters a culture of excellence and inclusiveness. Under her
guidance, Aspire has implemented transformative projects such as executive searches,
performance improvement initiatives, 360-degree Feedback Assessments, and diversity training
programs. These initiatives have significantly impacted various sectors, establishing Aspire as a

Dr. Ramsey is a distinguished 2024 graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy, exemplifying her

accomplishments, she is a devoted mother to her daughter, Jaidyn, and treasures time spent with
family and loved ones.
Active in community service, Dr. Ramsey is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,
Inc., and the Junior League of Birmingham. She participates in initiatives through these
organizations that promote social upliftment, advance equity, and combat human trafficking.
Additionally, she serves on the Board of Visitors for Teaching Innovation and Digital Education
at the University of Alabama, where she leverages her expertise to enhance educational practices

Pastor Intranet Miller

Co-Pastor Intranét Miller is a submitted servant of God, a devoted wife, and a loving mother of two sons who is passionate about empowering people to embrace their God-given purpose and live authentically in His authority. 

Intranét serves alongside her husband David Miller, who is the Senior Pastor of Chosen Ministries. Together they faithfully serve their community, while challenging and inspiring others to deepen their relationship with Christ and walk in their divine calling and purpose.

A graduate of Auburn University, Intranét combines her academic foundation with her entrepreneurial anointing as the founder of a successful investment company. Through this endeavor, she exemplifies how faith, excellence, and integrity can harmonize in business, creating opportunities and inspiring others to thrive.

As a vessel of God, Intranét is driven by her mission to help people unlock their spiritual and personal potential by recognizing and utilizing their unique gifts. Dr. Teresa Woods

Dr. Prophetess Teresa Woods is a native of Wilcox County, AL who currently resides in Elmore County, AL. She is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel.

In addition, Dr. Woods is an Affirmed Prophetess and Director of Ministry Affairs under the leadership of her pastors, Derrick & Trish Morrissette at Mind of Christ International Church, Alabaster, AL.

In 2015, Anointed with Power (AWP) Ministry was launched with two visions attached: (1) A Great Cloud of Witnesses and (2) Empowering Leaders to Excel (ELE) which started as a leadership workshop and expanded into a leadership academy where Dr. Woods is teaching discipleship courses to those who desire training.

In 2018, she received her Doctor of Ministry degree. In January 2019, Dr. Woods released her first book titled “No More Silence, There is Safety” which addresses mental health in the church.

Professionally, Dr. Woods is employed as a Regional Managed Care Manager with Alahealth. She is a Licensed Masters’ Social Worker with 26 years’ experience, 20 years’ experience as a therapist and 9 years’ experience as a college professor.

In addition, Dr. Woods is the Owner/Executive Director of A Brighter Day Therapeutic & Mentoring Services where she provides case management and creative therapeutic interventions to children and their families. Her mentoring experience began in 2009 when she started the first girls’ mentoring program in Wilcox County (Love You Like A Sister - LYLAS). During this time, she mentored 10 to 14 girls ages 12-17 under the direction of the founder, Lady Angela Bishop-Rogers.

Dr. Woods’ ministry gifts are administration, leadership, mentorship, and adjutancy. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and teaching God’s Holy Word.

Prophetess Toya Heywood

I’m Toya Heywood, originally from New York City and now based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, I am the owner and CEO of Divine Global Institute School, where I empower future healthcare professionals through education and hands-on training. Alongside my career, I’m an author, a passionate phlebotomy instructor, and a mother to three adult children. Teaching and caring for others are at the heart of my life’s work.
In addition to my roles in healthcare and education, I am in the process of launching a nonprofit organization called "It’s Just Me." This initiative will further my mission to support and uplift those in need within my community. A leader in ministry, I am actively involved in helping to feed underprivileged families and give back in meaningful ways. My family has been my foundation, providing strength and encouragement, and I live by the mantra, “Never give up on your dreams; never allow others to dictate your future—only you can set your limits.”

Sabrina Champion

I’m from Barlow Bend, Alabama. I was raised by my grandmother at a very early age. I’m a salon owner, I love the fact I’m in a position to offer jobs and help enhance my clients' beauty.

I been blessed to walk through many doors. I worked on movie set, perform in hair shows, and spoke at events.

The road to success has been hard, but it has been worth it.

I felt in my spirit about 15 years ago that I was here on this earth to make a difference, and I know I can’t succeed without God. I’m so grateful.

This has been a bumpy ride, but I feel everything is smoothing out now. I am forever grateful.

Charrisa Taylor

Charrisa T. is the iTeach iCoach LLC where she has been called to educate, equip, empower, and encourage. Charrisa is on a mission to help those walk in their fullest potential. She wears many hats but you can catch her tutoring kings and queens in grades PreK-6, designing flyers and/or websites, or maybe empowering others to walk in their God given purpose through coaching and mentoring.
Charrisa is a native of Bessemer, Al and a product of Bessemer City Schools Systems. She is a graduate of The Alabama State University. She has currently been in the education field for the last 17+ years. Charrisa is also the author of three bestselling self-published books and coaches others who aspire to publish their very own book. To date she has helped BIRTH over 35+ books! Charrisa has been featured on many blogs and her most recent one was with Glambitious Brand in March 2023.
Charrisa started her journey in FULL-TIME entrepreneurship and has the desire to help others do the same. She considers herself as a creative. She has been called to create and dominate(Genesis 1:26-28) so she started The Creative's Academy(an online school for coaches and aspiring authors) and The Creative's Lounge on clubhouse. She helps others with business coaching and has a plethora of resources for those who want to start a business. Charrisa wears MANY hats but considers herself as just a vessel God can use!
